Project Description:

  • IP Telephony System

Relying on the constructed internal IP network, new IP telephony system is used to replace the existing analog telephony system. Distributed centralized management deployment model is used for IP telephony system.
The server and management system of IP telephony system is deployed in Shanghai headquarter, while other branch offices will communicate with headquarter through company dedicated line network, thus providing enterprises with internal IP voice communication.
IP voice gateways are deployed in the headquarter and all branches to achieve PSTN communication.

  • Video Conferencing System

The video conferencing system covers more than 30 branches all over the country. The main venue of the system is deployed in Shanghai headquarter, and 2M dedicated line network is adopted for both main venue and sub-venue. The video management, MCU platform and more than 30 sets of video conferencing terminal devices are deployed in headquarter to achieve video conferencing and remote training within the company.

  • Integration of IP Telephony System and Video Conferencing System

In order to further improve the communication and collaboration capabilities in the company, the IP telephony system and video conferencing system is integrated to achieve unified communication capabilities of the personal voice, video and conferencing systems.
