On June 13, 2012, Rich Cloud Technology successfully obtained the partner certification of Cisco TelePresence Video Advanced Authorized Technology Provider, hereinafter referred to as ATP-TP, making it become one of the few partners of Cisco in East China region which are qualified to provide Cisco TelePresence products and services.
Cisco TelePresence is a new technology combing high-definition video, audio and interactive components to create a unique “face to face” experience on the network. Its main purpose is to shorten the distance between the user and the important personnel, places and activities in their personal and professional lives. The goal of ATP program is to bring new technologies to market through Cisco channel partners. ATP program not only facilitates defining the knowledge and skills necessary for introducing emerging technologies to the market, but also provides a plan designed to support the services required by a particular technology. Cisco ATP-TP certification is quite a complicated and strict process, and only those partners recommended by Cisco are eligible to participate in the program. The participating partners must meet the specific requirements and standards of ATP program with regards to the number of engineers, technical level, after-sales service, as well as laboratory hardware, etc.
