As the company continues to grow, the corporate culture, norms and management have been gradually improved, and the human-oriented management system of Rich Cloud Technology has been fully reflected. The company successfully held FY12 Off-Site Meeting in Deqing, Zhejiang Province on July 21 and 22. The event was designed to enhance corporate cohesion, strengthen the team spirit of the employees, allow employees to relax after busy work and enjoy the pleasant scenery of the nature.
On this hot summer day, we walked through the canyon in Mount Mogan which had long been known as “cool and refreshing world”. Before us were mountains with tall bamboos, paths surrounded by green shade, shadow dances with the wind, as if we were in a green landscape. With favorable climatic, geographical and human conditions, canyon rafting is definitely necessary. All colleagues spared no efforts to propel the raft forward through both surging white water and smooth water and have water fights in their free time. In a short time, a laughter echoed among the landscape of the canyon. It was at a time like this that we really appreciated the mood of “rowing a boat on the clear water, traveling in a pictorial world”.
The old and new staff exchanged views all the way to develop relationships. This event left a deep impression on everyone, and it’s believed that we would go back to work with abundant energy and enthusiasm, and work together for the sustainable, stable and rapid development of the company.
