Less than one year since obtaining the silver agent qualification of Hangzhou H3C Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “H3C”) and the three-star service qualification of H3C network product, on November 5, 2012, RCT passes the four-star service qualification certification of H3C network product after nearly three months of training and examination.
Star service certification of partners is an important part of the channel service and technical management system of H3C, which is very strict in the basic platform, technical competence and service capability in the star classification of product channel service providers.
The comprehensive capability, technical competence, after-sale service, spare part management and project implementation management capability of RCT are recognized by H3C in the certification. Currently, RCT and H3C have established the close partnership to share the product, technology and service.
