To promote understanding between Technology Department’s old and new staff and strengthen their understanding and communication ability, on the afternoon of April 26th, 2014, Rich Cloud FY14 Tech Team Building was held in Pudong Yuan Shen Sports Center. Technology Department’s entire staff took part in this activity.
This activity had bowling and billiards as main competition items. But there was no intense atmosphere of competition in the process. Instead, it was full of the staff’s happy laughter and cheerful voices. In their intense and busy work and life in ordinary days, they hardly have such chances to get together, compare their skills in playing ball games or talk cheerfully. After the games, small prizes were awarded to those who won places in the competition.
We believe through this activity, everyone had a new understanding of each other, which also enhanced Technology Department’s teamwork and cohesion.
