Warm Contribution to Rich Cloud Technology ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System

Shanghai Rich Cloud Technology Inc. was audited and certified with ISO9001:2008 quality management system. The Company passed the annual surveillance audits for two consecutive years. Recently, Shanghai Audit Center of Quality System selectively sent three experts to review the Company’s quality management system for the triennial recertification audit. After a two-day intensive inspection on our implementation of quality management system throughout departments, spot check and comprehensive review of our management mode, the ISO external audit group unanimously affirmed that our quality management system met the certification requirements, and passed the triennial recertification and renewal, ensuring that our ISO9001:2008 quality management system certificate is always valid.

As is known to all, quality system certification is rigorous, and the audit is also very detailed. Passed through various audits indicates the Company has met the international standard in terms with the integration of management system, an affirmation of the Company. In addition, the successful recertification also helps the Company to establish a good social image, improve creditability and visibility, and enhance market competitiveness.

Our goal is not only to obtain a quality certification, but more importantly, continue to improve the effectiveness of the system in the future, go beyond the standard and provide users with the first-class products and services to better  meet user requirements and improve user satisfaction.
